About this research

The twelve-lens framework, source notes, and the case studies behind the work.

What the methodology is

A fixed set of twelve analytical lenses applied to every strategic question, producing twelve parallel readings from one evidence base. The dimensions do not change between runs. What changes is the wording of the question, and the disagreements between the lenses are treated as the primary output rather than noise to be resolved.

Why it exists

Because the recurring failure is structural rather than a matter of competence. Organisations build operations, metrics and career incentives on assumptions that become too expensive to question, and warnings get absorbed into the prevailing model and returned as reassurance. Forcing competing readings is a way of making that filtering visible.

What this site holds

Supporting research, source notes and supplementary case material behind the published work. It is the working layer rather than the finished argument. The finished argument is the book, and the operational implementation is the platform.

Verifying this record

Every claim on this page is asserted on a domain the subject controls, which is a reason to check it rather than to trust it. The six domains in this network resolve to one person entity, and the map is machine-readable.
